In Brazil, the grid decides the project. Not the land.

Why we exist

Foreign capital, local execution

Brazil has abundant renewable generation and a grid that cannot always move it. In the first four months of 2026 the country curtailed 2,843 average MW of solar and wind — 17.2% of what those plants could have produced, and 2,233 MW of that in the Northeast alone.

That is the paradox foreign investors meet: energy is cheap and plentiful, and connecting to it is the hard part. Grid access queues, substation works, licensing and local contracting are where schedules slip.

We are the company that builds that part. Substations, connection, civil works, electrical assembly and commissioning — with our own crews, in Brazil.

What we do

  • Site prospecting and energy feasibility studies
  • Grid connection studies and substation EPC
  • Solar plant EPC — 450+ MW built
  • Battery energy storage integration — 175+ MW by the group
  • Piling, civil works, MV and LV networks
  • Commissioning, O&M and monitoring

Who we work with

Two conversations we have most

Substation under construction in Brazil

Data centre developers and investors

Site prospecting, energy feasibility, substation and connection, on-site generation and storage. Brazil's incentive regime pushes 40% of qualifying investment into the North, Northeast and Centre-West — where we already build.

Solar plant in north-eastern Brazil

BESS manufacturers and integrators

Local engineering, tropicalisation, installation, commissioning and after-sales for manufacturers entering Brazil. Under 200 MW of storage is installed in the country today, against 8–15 GW projected by 2030.

Building in Brazil is a local problem

Permits, grid access, contractors and logistics do not translate. Tell us the project and we will tell you what it really takes on the ground here.

  • Own crews for civil works, electrical assembly and commissioning
  • Experience in the Northeast, where most announced projects sit
  • Group operating across Brazil, Canada and the United States
