This notice explains how One Energy Brasil collects, uses and protects personal data under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

The data you provide in the forms on this site: name, company, phone, email, country, and technical information about your project such as capacity, energy cost, distributor and facility type. We also collect navigation data through analytics tools, including pages visited, referral source and campaign parameters.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and stay in contact about the matter raised. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Processing relies on your consent, given when submitting the form, and on legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries.
We keep data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to comply with legal and contractual obligations. Recruitment data is kept for up to 24 months.
